Thank You

Thank You for your support of Primeros Pasos!

Our work is only possible with the continued financial support of donors like you.

Primeros Pasos relies almost entirely on individual, small donations and grassroots fundraising initiatives.  We work hard to make these donations go as far as possible.

If you have any questions regarding donating to Primeros Pasos- please contact us at info@primerospasos.org. All individuals reserve the right to proof of donation for all monetary donations made locally to the organization.

Thanks again!

Five Times Five Hundred

FiveTimes Five Hundred is a fundraising campaign to provide sustaining support for Primeros Pasos.

The idea is simple, but effective. A team of 500 sustaining members donating just $5 a month ($5 X 500) can allow Primeros Pasos to meet its annual expenses for its core pediatric Healthy Schools Program.

Five Times Five Hundred is the most important fundraising initiative at Primeros Pasos. We encourage you to tell your friends and family about how this affordable commitment to give can make such an incredible difference in the lives of those we serve.

Primeros Pasos & IAHA

The Inter-American Health Alliance (IAHA) is a U.S.-based 501(c)3 non-profit that was started by former Primeros Pasos volunteers to support our operations.

IAHA is entirely volunteer-run, which means that the maximum amount of funds raised go directly to Primeros Pasos in Guatemala. IAHA's status as a tax-exempt organization allows U.S. donors to receive a tax discount on their donation to Primeros Pasos. IAHA also assists Primeros Pasos in web development and facilitating online donations.

IAHA fundraises for Primeros Pasos' operations, provides logistical support, and coordinates donations of supplies. They work closely with other charitable U.S.-based groups and universities to develop sustainable relationships that can help support the work of Primeros Pasos.
